My first installment of the Subject To Interpretation Portland Plein Air & Studio Painters winter project. I painted over an old painting that had no future so I've ended up with unexpected textures in some areas.

good to see a new painting come out of a prior effort. It is a nice version of the photo!
Beautiful and atmospheric. I love painting over old paintings and how the surface gets all bumpy!
