'Bear Spot' painted during Amato's Gallery demonstration

Bear Spot, pastel, 6"x12" (SOLD)

Here's the piece I painted at Amato's during "Breakfast At The Gallery" while demonstrating pastel painting Saturday, March 6th . I did most of it at the gallery with just a little touch-up in the studio. It's always fun to show the public how I paint and answer questions all the while.

It's beautiful!! Demos can be scary I think...did you feel nervous while you worked in front of a bunch of people?
Congrats also on the Coos Museum piece...very cool.

Thank you Karen. I was not nervous to demonstrate this piece because it was a casual affair and there weren't many onlookers! And painting en plein air allows me opportunity to practice painting and talking to strangers.
