Pastel Demo Painting At Fairweather House & Garden

In spite of a downpour last night at Seaside, Oregon, there was a good crowd who turned out for Seaside's monthly Art Walk. Acclaimed nature photographer, Neal Maine, and I were featured artists at Fairweather House & Garden. Neal spoke of his latest photo adventure to the Arctic focusing on the plight of the polar bear. Below is the pastel painting I did as a live painting demonstration. I titled it Quiet Anticipation in reference to the theme of this month's exhibit of the same name.
Quiet Anticipation by Gretha Lindwood, 12"x12" pastel, $675 framed
